Growing Season

The ground-nesting birds need a break so during the primary nesting season there will be no mowing of the trails here just yet.  

As a consequence I'll simply raise the trail cameras another foot off the ground to clear the fast-growing grasses and flowers.

The vegetation grows quickly over a two-week span of time...
