Night Sky Viewing
Fingers-crossed for clear skies tonight because this evening and into early Saturday morning the bright planet Jupiter will appear to the
lower right of the waxing gibbous Moon along with the bright star Antares
appearing further to the lower right.
You
can locate both of these celestial bodies near the constellation of
Ophiuchus.
Furthermore they can be
seen with the naked eye - although I’m going to use binoculars.
