Wisconsin's New Deer Management Paradigm

    Perhaps this guy will help ensure that Pittman-Robertson funds will indeed be spent on deer and other game instead of operating as a DNR slushfund.

    If so, then I think this will be a good move by Governor Walker.

    Same for diverting stamp funds (pheasant stamp, turkey stamp, etc.) away from habitat to balance the state budget.
