While out pruning oaks I have created this nifty opportunity.

Facing west from the central trail I have 75 yards (give or take) of clear shooting opportunity. If I situate a ground blind or a tripod stand on the location from where I took this picture I would also have another 100 yards (give or take) to the south in the middle north/south trail.
The trees here are crowded and thick making for some really dense cover.
If a deer or turkey were to step into the clearing opportunity knocks.
Why haven't I thought of this before?
