Recipe of the Day

Some have suggested that I operate a food truck. Ha ha.

The implication is I would also purchase, maintain and insure it too. Har har.    

And that this should be the signature item on the menu. Ho ho ho.     


You’ll get no push back from me on the menu item.       

Nevertheless, you cannot sell this chow (legally anyway).      

All-day, slow cooker, venison Barbacoa.     

Refritos, veggies, soft tortillas, chips and goat cheese too. 

Raising a toast to the brilliance of Tony Bourdain and looking forward to sharing good eats with my friends and neighbors before too long.....
