Overseas Influence on the Household Cooking

Following our trip to Ireland I have become a wee bit more inspired to experiment with some cooking ideas encountered on our travels.  I found a couple of UK groceries on the web but was repelled from ordering anything as the shipping costs were greater than the cost of the goods.

Enter the Amazon solution.

And I have a start on some items you do not ordinarily find in your local grocery around these parts.

I hear that these fats make some awesome fried potatoes.  So, if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears...
