I have had a trail camera cinched to a modest-sized mature green ash tree at this location for as long as I can remember. It is a natural wildlife corridor or pinch-point that crosses the creek and connects two of my groomed trails and a sizeable wildlife opening. This makes it a terrific location to hunt deer and turkey and not surprisingly it has afforded me pictures of squirrels, turkeys, raccoon, coyote, deer and much more. Many years a dominant buck will make a scrape at this location to advertise his readiness to breed. A wildlife traffic circle it is.
I don't think anybody pays any mind to the ubiquitous presence of a camera here. Yet it is mostly deer that pose for a photo....
