Useful Idiot

Often attributed to Vladimir Lenin - the term Useful Idiot (полезный идиот) - is typically a citizen of a non-communist country sympathetic to the Soviet Union who is susceptible to propaganda and is cynically exploited.  It isn’t clear if Lenin actually coined this term or not - yet Russian espionage and propaganda operatives continue to use it to refer to individuals in the West who have been successfully manipulated. 

Related to Idiotarian - a prominent individual who is both very wrong and very loud.  Generally an individual that is so far out of the mainstream so as to be fringe.  Consider:  Revs. Falwell, Robertson, Jackson and Sharpton. 

Can also include morons who argue with other morons over the internet. 

A collection of idiots is called a congress.
