Bucks

Last weekend I was out on stand trolling for a deer and saw nothing until just before shooting time.  A doe that materialized briefly in the mowed trail and moved on. More about that in a post or two.  Hunting has been slow.  I've been getting some nice bucks on the trail cameras but nothing until dark.  

There's too much freak'n corn in the woods (from the lazy hunters shooters).  Hoping for the rut to kick-into high gear before too long and get those boys moving during daylight hours. 

Speaking of whitetail deer of the male persuasion here are a couple of the bucks that are frequenting The Platz...
