The Clogger

In a continuing saga of living life at the edge I ate this last weeked.

It was an experiment.

Bun from Scaturo's Bakery.  Probably full  of gluten.

One-third pound ground chuck burger from Marchant's Meat Market.  Grilled on an exceedingly hot grill over charcoal.  You know what that means. Heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), compounds linked with the C word.

A big pile of melted Swiss cheese.  Topped with garden onion sauteed in butter.  Gasp!
