Deer Camp - The Leftovers

No turkey leftovers at The Platz today.  

When your Thanksgiving feast is venison tacos - the next day yields custom nachos.  Tortilla chips, topped with hot globs of frijoles and seasoned ground venison, cheese (lots of cheese).  Bake a 375 degrees until the cheese melts and top with black olives, sour cream, lettuce and tomato - hold the onions.

Raising a toast to Wisconsin’s premier big game animal.
