Lounging Around the Trail Camera

This location has hosted a trail camera for likely 5-6 years. 

Silver creek flows only a few yards-away to the left of the field of view.  There is a game trail within the field of view that is traveled by most anything that walks, runs, creeps or struts.  For many years the alder shrub that used to stand directly in the foreground was home to a scrape during many years of rutting activity.  Alas, that alder has fallen and the bucks adopted alternate locations.

These photos are a testament to the nonchalance of the local wildlife to the presence of a device strapped to a green ash tree year, after year, after year.  That Moultrie trail camera has simply become part of the natural landscape and nobody pays it any heed.
