Singer-songwriter Steve Earle came on the music scene with the release of his first album in 1982. Four years later, his album Guitar Town rose to number 7 on the Billboard Hot Country chart.
Earle has released another twenty studio albums and his music has been covered by any number of my favorite artists Including (but not limited to) The Highwaymen, Shawn Colvin, Johnny Cash and Emmylou Harris.
