The Garden Chronicles

I snapped these pictures a couple of days ago to chronicle the progress (or lack there-of) for the 2017 garden.

It had been a struggle but slow and steady progress has been made.

Pickles, beets, tomatoes, green beans and sweet peppers are problematic to slow this year.  Lettuce, peas and radishes good.  Onions, carrots and spuds - hard to tell just yet as they're still buried and I'm scared of digging something-up and learning the truth.  Beets, spinach and pumpkins are a mess. Disastrous.  This has been one of the wettest years on record and the cold and damp are likely the culprit.

Fingers crossed for moderate rains and hot weather ahead.  Yeoman's work the garden is...
