No, the new pup doesn't have a drinking problem.

It just seemed a suitable prop for a thoroughly pooped pup.

Kind of like when college kids get totally blotto falling down drunk and someone writes stuff on their bare chest with permanent marker and posts the picture on the internet - only nicer.

You cannot have too many puppy pictures.
