Jill and I recently had a hankering for tuna noodle casserole. You know - the stuff you had for dinner as a kid back in the 1950s and 1960s.
The Betty Crocker tuna noodle casserole of five or six decades ago was never a low fat or low sodium dinner.
So, in keeping with the rules of historic recipe authenticity I topped it at the very end of baking with crumbled potato chips. Very yummy.
Just like back in the good old days....
