Having watched a video of the President’s acquittal
celebration from the East Room of the White house I have to say that this was predictable
Trump. Anybody expecting an apology is a
fool. Apologies are - predictably - never
in Donald Trump’s repertoire.
What I heard
was more victimhood (predictable). And demonization
of anyone and everyone who dares to call him out or criticize him (also
predictable).
Noteworthy is that the
predicted acquittal does not translate to a not guilty verdict. Everyone in the senate knows that. They’re not stupid after all.
And predictably, further evidence of why I’ve
always thought highly of Mitt Romney.
Predictably, getting along in life with a conscience is not easy. Never was. Never will be.
