Brewers, caramel, aromatic and special malts along with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops.      Drinkable 5.2% ABV with an IBU of 28

I/3# ground chuck burger (anointed with Penzeys Prime Rib Rub and EVO) grilled medium.        

 

Topped with cheese, lettuce, mayo and an entire slice of raw Vidalia onion on a fresh bakery Kaiser roll.
