A First

I cannot say it's a fer-sure first but it's a first for me anyway.

Yesterday I was enjoying a big cuppa joe while checking my email and news feeds when I looked-up and happened to notice the obvious.

Large white birds in the pond out behind the house.

As it turns-out nineteen of them.

Pelicans.

And they were fishing.

Until they eventually flew away....
