Still trying to capture a better photo of the fledgling orioles coming to the feeders and begging for mom and dad to feed them.
It's hilarious.
They either alight in a nearby tree and whine for the parents to bring them some grape jelly. Or they light on the feeder itself and beg to be fed.
They have yet to get the hang of helping themselves from the bounty we set out for them. That too shall pass in the coming weeks.
The fifteenth 30 ounce jar of grape jelly for 2020 was deployed today.
