In the latest of interesting lawsuit stories a California
woman is suing Chipotle for $2 billion (Yes, billion with a B) for allegedly
using her image without permission to pitch tacos.
Her complaint explains that the ten-digit
figure for damages only reflects the profits Chipotle made “between 2006 and
2015.” Of course there is that persistent
financial hurdle of the E.coli food safety disaster that may get in the way…
