Plenty of progress today in the garden.
From left to right are: two rows of German butterball taters, two rows of Stuttgarter onions, two hills of pumpkins, two rows of pickling cucumbers, fourteen tomato plants ensconced in their stylish red row covering, spinach along with four kinds of lettuce, four broccoli, two sweet pepper, three sowing of Blue Lake green beans and English peas.
Planted and not yet emerged are the second sowing of the lettuces, two varieties of carrots and beets and another sowing of radishes.
The entire shebang has been weeded and water. Garden tidiness is next to Godliness.
It's all coming together nicely.
This field hand finished the day with a shower and an icy-tall vodka tonic with a big chunk of squeezed lime.
Vive le Jardin Magnifique!
