I made a vow when I retired to pay closer attention to what was going on around me in the natural world. I would have missed this if it wasn't for the vigilant sniffers on the Labs. From our walk today there was much of nature to observe. And the highlight was this....
This little one must’ve arrived in the
world only within the last hour or so as it was still a wee bit damp around the
edges.
Coincidentally, it is the
Dowager Retriever’s birthday today too.
Fourteen circuits around the sun makes her 103 in hoomin
years.....
