Coffee, Beer or Wine?

We're spending the weekend at the new city apartment to unpack and settle-in.

Yesterday I took the girls out in the freshly fallen snow for their post-breakfast walk and we became acquainted with four of our new neighbors - two legged and four-legged.


We hadn't gone very far when a woman (with cart full of household effects) stopped to greet the girls and me.  Before too long her husband joined us with his cart of stuff.

Turns out they were moving from the building to the west to their permanent apartment in our building. They're similarly-situated with a second home in the country and now a city apartment.  They also have a couple of Labs - one a blonde and the other a chocolate.

As I continued on our walk so they could continue moving their stuff she mentioned they were four doors down the corridor from us.  She asked:  After we're all settled-in coffee, beer or wine?

Kinda liking the new neighborhood...
