The last cukes of the season.
Excellent harvest this year. Plenty of pickle-size cukes for crispy, crunchy sweet and garlic dill pickles along with enough for cucumber salads, snacking, the food pantry and my pals at the Day Job.
Speaking of which - those pals tell me my garden cucumbers are far-better than any they've had recently.
