Brood Flock

The trail camera located a few hundred yards from the house at the turn has turned-out to be one of the busiest of the five cameras posted around The Platz.  Deer, coyote and all manner of critters have taken selfies at this location.

And lately it has been turkeys.  Bachelor groups of gobblers (adult males) , bachelor groups of jakes (juvenile males) and brood flocks.  This year's recruits let by a hen (adult female).

Two days apart I think this might be the same family of mama and five poults (children of both sexes).
