Roots

I ordered a heredity genetic test today.

As a species homo sapiens is rather a new-comer on the world stage.   Only 200,000 years.  

Give or take.  

Barely a blink of an eye in geologic time.  Not surprisingly we are the only species to be aware of the possibility of our own extinction.

Looking forward to confirming (or disapproving) my heretofore known roots....
